Eligibility for Returns
Items must remain unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Ensure that all tags, labels, and boxes are returned exactly as received.
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact our customer service team within this period to initiate a return.
  • Items failing to meet these requirements will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Submit a Request
Email your return request along with your Order ID and reason for return to novawebtechnologiespvtltd@gmail.com / novawebtechauthorize@gmail.com.

Step 2: Attach Supporting Photos
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, include clear photos demonstrating the issue to expedite processing.

Step 3: Follow Return Instructions
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not comply with our guidelines.

Refund Process & Timeline
Upon receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm it meets our return conditions. You will then be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the transaction is completed.

Partial Refund Guidelines

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
