  • Submit Complaint: Provide all necessary details, including order ID, issue description, and supporting images or documents.

Our support team reviews submissions and responds promptly.

Escalation to Grievance Officer
If resolution is unsatisfactory, escalate to the appointed Grievance Officer in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and other applicable laws. Grievance Resolution Process

  • Acknowledgement: Receipt of grievances is confirmed within 48 hours via email.
  • Reference ID: A unique grievance ID will be shared for tracking.
  • Resolution Timeline: The issue will be addressed generally within 7 working days, or as per applicable laws.
  • Communication: Updates will be sent regularly via the registered communication channel.

Closing a Grievance
A grievance is considered resolved under the following conditions:

  • A satisfactory resolution is provided by support of the Grievance Officer.
  • The customer does not respond to communications within a reasonable time.
  • The final resolution is communicated per policy and legal requirements.
