Order Cancellation Before Shipment
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or prior to shipment, whichever happens first.

To request a cancellation, kindly contact our customer support team via email.

If the order is eligible for cancellation, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Orders Already Shipped
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, start a return after delivery according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Order Modification
We do not currently allow modifications to items or delivery addresses after an order is placed. To make changes, the existing order must be cancelled (if eligible) and a new order placed.
